Has it been a while since the new releases have been updated here?

First time using the site just now, and it's an appreciated resource, especially for some of the less easy to get older shows.

Anyways, my question, isn't there a way to make it so each IP can only do the 2-downloads at a time like you want? For example, the site MangaTraders does a thing where it tells you and won't let you download more until the current downloads have finished. I'm not sure how it's done, but it does seem it could be incorporated to do this automatically in the site code.
